Graphic Designer

We are seeking a **highly skilled Graphic Designer and Illustrator** to join our media team and help shape the visual identity of our podcast, video content, and social media presence. This role is ideal for a **creative professional with strong artistic abilities** who can blend design, illustration, and branding to create compelling visual content tailored for the Latin American market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Identity & Design** - Develop and maintain a unique and visually cohesive brand identity across all media platforms.
- **Illustration & Artistic Design** - Create original illustrations and hand-drawn assets for marketing, branding, and content enhancement.
- **YouTube Thumbnails & Social Media Graphics** - Design visually striking thumbnails, banners, and graphics optimized for engagement and high click-through rates.
- **Motion Graphics & Visual Effects** - Develop animated elements, lower thirds, and branding overlays for video content.
- **Marketing & Promotional Materials** - Design digital and print materials, such as posters, infographics, and advertisements.
- **Cross-Cultural Branding** - Adapt visual content for both **Spanish
- and English-speaking audiences** while maintaining global appeal.
- **Collaboration** - Work closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to develop creative design solutions.
- **File Management & Templates** - Maintain organized design assets, create reusable templates, and ensure accessibility for the content team.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Fluent in Spanish & English** - Strong communication skills in both languages, with the ability to create culturally appropriate content for Latin American audiences.
- **Proficiency in Industry-Standard Design Tools** - Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or equivalent software). Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- **Exceptional Illustration & Artistic Skills** - Ability to create original, high-quality digital and hand-drawn illustrations for branding and marketing.
- **Experience with Video Thumbnails & Digital Content** - A portfolio demonstrating past work on YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, and branding materials.
- **Understanding of Digital Engagement** - Knowledge of design principles that drive engagement and conversions, particularly on YouTube and social media.
- **Basic Animation & Motion Graphics Skills** - Ability to create animated assets or enhance video content with graphical elements.
- **Cultural Awareness** - Strong understanding of design trends in both Latin American and English-speaking markets, ensuring content resonates with both audiences.
- **Collaboration & Adaptability** - Ability to work in a team, take feedback, and refine designs based on audience response and data.
