**What you'll do**:
A Service Technician to performs tasks associated with HW repair and test of terminals returned from customer. Sometimes they will go to customer side to do hardware repair on site, inspect and test POS terminal, components and assemblies using multi-meters, circuit testers, oscilloscopes, logic probes and other test equipment.

**Essential **Responsibilities**:

- Fix the terminal returned from customer
- Test the terminal after it is fixed
- Tracks spare parts inventory
- Incoming/delivering of returned terminal
- Monitor the failure trend and report to his/her leader
- Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
- Install, operate, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems
- Operates standard electronic testing equipment;
- Operates hand power tools and hand tools and simple power tools
- Assist other teams and departments as required by the business.

**What qualifications will you need to be successful?**:
**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Technical Associates Degree in electronics or computer science
- 2 - 4 years’ Experience with electronic equipment repair

**Skills & **Ability**:

- Ability to assemble, install, repair, operate, and maintain electronic equipment & systems.
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Must be a team player
- Strong interpersonal skills including effective oral communication skills.
- Must be able to operate power tools.
- Ability to travel out of town or country when needed.
