**The Work You'll Do**:
Sovos Beverage Alcohol Division provides market-leading solutions for market access, sales fulfillment, and compliance management to alcoholic beverage companies globally. We have helped many highly successful brands in alcohol enter and excel in the US market. We are a leader in the industry, leveraging a start-up mentality and team-first approach to successfully achieve our initiatives and company goals.

We are looking to immediately fill an open full-time Data Integrity Specialist role within Sovos Beverage Alcohol Division. In this position, you will be an integral member of the Data Integrity Team, directly supporting our clients' daily business operations and enabling their success.

More specifically you will:

- Entering customer billback invoices into database/ERP system
- Ensuring static data is transferred accurately from external documents to internal database
- Prioritizing and managing a wide variety of daily tasks
- Meeting daily deadlines for both internal teams and external customers
- Escalating requests for help to resolve task execution blockers throughout the day
- Working closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
- Delivering superior customer service to our clients, customers, and stakeholders
- Performing other duties as assigned

**What We Need From You**
- Excellent Time management, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; both written and conversational
- Ability to manage time across multiple workstreams
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity working in an ERP system
- An exhibited passion for customer service
- Demonstrated success in delivering results & proactively overcoming obstacles
- Committed to being a team player
