We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent.

**About This Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns to improve ROAS and customer acquisition
- Plan and produce creative ad content tailored for different platforms
- Lead retention and re-engagement strategies to grow LTV
- Manage Shopify storefront content and updates for promotions or launches
- Maintain and schedule basic social media content (Instagram, Facebook)
- Analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights
- Collaborate with the founder and team to align brand vision and messaging
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer behavior
- Coordinate asset creation timelines with designers or freelancers if needed

**Software/Platforms/Tools**:

- Meta Ads Manager
- Shopify
- Klaviyo
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Google Analytics
- Facebook/Instagram

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- Proven background in brand marketing and performance campaigns for e-commerce brands
- Strong communication and creative collaboration skills
- Experience working with lifestyle or home brands is a plus

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm US PST
