**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by efficiently working across multiple clients, effectively prioritizing and executing on competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending actions to ensure timely completion
- Communicate client requirements effectively to technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of solutions
- Ad-hoc data exploration and analysis to uncover valuable insights and develop compelling stories that effectively communicate the value to clients
- Continuously learn and grow, proactively filling knowledge and skill gaps to contribute effectively to the team's success

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or information systems
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Extensive experience in data, including research and analysis processes
- Experience with SQL and Python is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with little oversight, proactively seeking clarity, and making well-informed decisions to drive progress and deliver results
- Experience using business intelligence tools to construct reports and dashboards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to identify and work with specific data that will be decisive in strategic business management
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to efficiently and effectively gather information
- Mathematical and statistical skills
- Skills with presentation platforms, spreadsheets, and report creation
