Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement, and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.

**This position reports to**:
Country Trade Compliance Manager (CTCM)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services within defined area, as directed.
- Support in management of foreign purchase orders in SAP.
- Administrative support in imports of raw material and in semi-finished and finished products. Assist and actively participate in export operations.
- Give treatment to the requirements of the different assigned sectors, to manage.
- Assist the foreign trade team in administrative tasks and customs clearance. Issue of orders in SAP.
- Control of foreign invoices. Assist in import and export management and refund collection.
- Purchase orders from foreign suppliers acting with efficiency, quality and productivity, ensuring and guaranteeing that the indicated needs are met.
- Work with the local team to effectively monitor supply management for the different assigned sectors.

**Your background**:

- Foreign Trade Student.
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- English Advanced Level.
