**Your impact**
- Responsible for manage the import and export process of AGCO Argentina. Assure a correct and timely supply for all AGCO Argentina business and GRZ Facility as well as deal within Customs Agency within Argentina to support import and export processes compliance. Additional, be responsible on transportation thru Argentina plants (GRZ and HAE) on inbound (incoming goods) and outbound (wholegoods from GRZ facility).

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the import and export process for Machinery, Plant, Parts and Precision Planting business. Intercompany and other suppliers operations.
- Ensure compliance with Argentina law and regulations and AGCO polices
- Ensure the import and export flow, including customs documentation and forwarders documentation
- Ensure and oversee paperwork and monetary transactions associate with the international trade in a correct and timely way
- Negotiate with intercompany and handle customs process
- Ensure Department milestones are met and fulfill budget goals
- Responsible for implement continues improvements in order to reduce cost and import / export lead-times
- Lead the Team to accomplish department goals
- Team & people development
- Lead transportation transformation (domestic and international) for AGCO Argentina plants.

**Your experience and qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in foreign trade, administration or engineering. Master in international logistics and foreign trade compliance.
- International trade knowledge.
- Argentina law a regulations for Int business knowledge.
- Fluent English.
- Communications Skills.
- Leadership.
- Ownership.
- Project mgmt skills.
- Technology tools knwoledge such as JDE/Oracle ERP, Microsoft Office, Tableau BI or other BIs
- Knowledge OSGT or OneSource
