**What the day will look like**
- Advise insurance companies (cedents) on the build, analysis, and placement of reinsurance programs.
- Negotiate contractual terms with local and international reinsurers.
- Draft, review, and formalize reinsurance contracts, including specific clauses requested by the parties involved.
- Identify suitable reinsurers based on solvency, experience, and willingness to establish long-term relationships.
- Manage relationships with external brokers and approved reinsurers.
- Coordinate data entry into internal systems, preparation of bordereaux, premium and claims settlements, etc.
- Participate in internal and external training on reinsurance, contracts, and management tools.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Completed or ongoing university studies related to Economics, Insurance, or related fields.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Proficiency in facultative reinsurance concepts and contracts.
- Ability to analyze contractual clauses, coverage, exclusions, and reinsurance conditions.
- Understanding of local and international regulations (SSN, CMF, etc.).
- Ability to analyze technical and financial data for quotes and renewals.
- Clear and effective communication with cedents, clients, reinsurers, and third-party brokers.
- Active participation in training sessions and team dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced command of Office tools and contract management platforms.
