**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales—ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem in Argentina: marketplaces, ERPs, logistics.
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, CRM systems, and virtual demo platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Based in Argentina.
- Spanish fluency required; English is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to demo, proposal, and closing.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and goals.
- Run tailored product demos that showcase how Base solves key operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.
- Maintain a high volume of activity: outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, CRM updates.
- Help improve our sales process by sharing market feedback and local insights.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and the broader e-commerce ecosystem in Argentina.
