Para empresa lider en servicios B2B, estamos buscando un Customer Experience Executive
**Las tareas del rol sern**:
Entrenar a los Clientes nuevos para lograr la autogestión en las distintas plataformas de las soluciones que se comercializan.
Fidelizar al Cliente generando un vínculo duradero en el corto plazo.
Detectar oportunidades de venta de otras soluciones en el periodo de implementación.
Colaboración constante con otras áreas para entregar soluciones al cliente.
Proponer mejoras constantes en los procesos internos.
Segmentar la cartera propia con datos relacionados a conocer nuestros clientes, eje: competidor, actividad económica, rubro, forma de uso de la solución contratada, entre otros.
Desarrollar y monitorear el potencial de la cartera (30% 40% 60% 80%) para que consiga en su cuarto mes el potencial indicado y llegue en óptimas condiciones a Postventa.

Empresa multinacional, lider en servicios corporativos B2B y medios de pagos.
**Requisitos**:
Universitario completo Lic. en Administración, Comunicación, Comercialización y/o afines, con experiência en posiciones similares.
Otros cursos específicos relacionados al objetivo serán valorados.
Perfil estratégico y analítico.
Curioso y proactivo.
Empatía y habilidad para recibir e interpretar distintos puntos de vista transformando eso en acciones concretas.
