At **Humand**, we believe in the power of meaningful connections. Events are a key part of how we share our purpose with HR & Communication leaders around the world. We’re looking for a Events Specialist LATAM to help us identify, plan, and execute high-impact event participation across LATAM and Brazil.
**️ Key Responsibilities**
- Scout and evaluate HR & Communication events where Humand should be present—through sponsorships, booths, or as speakers.
- Analyze event quality, gather quotes, and build clear, efficient budgets.
- Own end-to-end logistics: booth setup, branding, merch, tech needs, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure our presence is consistent, relevant, and impactful—before, during, and after each event in LATAM.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and expenses for attending teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to align event goals with business priorities.
**️ What we value**
- 2+ years of experience managing events—ideally international.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience negotiating with vendors or tracking event ROI.
- Portuguese is a plus.
