If you are just as excited about the future of technology as we are and meet the following requirements, let's chat **Role responsibilities**: - Helping define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog - Facilitating the definition of business needs and technical capabilities - Writing user stories and acceptance criteria - Understanding and advocating for the customer on the delivery team - Establishing analytics strategies, including KPIs, measurements plans, and reports - Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, strategists, and QA engineers - Supporting sprint planning and estimation meetings by communicating the feature value and definition - Forming a strong and trusted client relationship **Minimum qualifications**: **We want all new hires to succeed in their roles at Kin + Carta. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.** - Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field - Proficient in English - At least four years experience in a similar product role or within software development - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Comfortable working closely with development teams - Significant understanding of Agile/Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies - Strong interpersonal/communication skills - Experience in business analysis and requirements definition - Prior experience working with senior and executive stakeholders - Experience in backlog prioritization, user story approvals, and leading teams - Business case building - Capturing customer and stakeholder feedback to inform roadmap decisions ***Preferred qualifications***: - Mobile and/or emerging technology experience/knowledge is a plus but not required **About Kin + Carta**: Kin + Carta is a global digital transformation consultancy committed to working alongside our clients to build a world that works better #ForEveryone.
