**About the Role**:
Join our leading creative industry agency as a dedicated AV Editor, where you'll transform raw video and audio footage into captivating final products. Collaborate with our talented team to enhance storytelling through expert editing techniques, sound design, and special effects. Ensure top-notch color grading, sound mixing, and audiovisual quality while staying ahead of industry trends. Bring your passion for creativity and technical prowess to deliver engaging content that meets and exceeds client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video and Audio Editing**: Transform raw footage into cohesive and compelling fi
- nal products, including promotional videos, documentaries, commercials, and corporate presentations.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with producers, directors, and team members to align on project goals and deliver artistic vision.
- **Story Enhancement**: Elevate narratives through advanced editing techniques, sound design, graphics, and special effects.
- **Basic Color Correction**: Perform simple corrections and grading.
- **Basic Motion Skills**: Make simple After Effects adjustments and integrate them into editing projects.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and ensure color grading, sound mixing, and audiovisual quality meet the highest standards.
- **Media Management**: Organize and manage all media assets efficiently to maintain workflow and accessibility.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends and editing technologies to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Client Feedback**: Address feedback and execute revisions promptly and effectively.
- **Time Management**: Adhere to project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all editing assignments.
- **Content Archiving**: Assist with the archiving and management of content as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AV Editor or a similar position.
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and editing workflows.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment and accept constructive feedback.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility and a positive attitude.
