**What You Will Do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the SOLA region.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, further studies in digital marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of digital media, attribution models and all digital media performance metric.
- Experience owning roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong collaborator experience, capable of influencing decisions and reporting data confidently and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient spoken and written Spanish and English
- Knowledge of general home security products and practices e.g., CCTV and smart home systems is an advantage but not essential.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM at our offices located at Thames and Panamericana, with a hybrid work model.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
