Jira Administrator

Join our dynamic team as a PMP Jira Specialist, where we leverage technology to drive project management, portfolio management, and agile development. This role will start virtually and eventually be onsite in an office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, fields, screens, and manage user provisioning and de-provisioning to align with specific project requirements.
- Expertise in developing custom dashboards, fields, and screens to streamline project management and reporting.
- Design and manage comprehensive Jira dashboards and reports for transparency and visibility to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust Jira workflows supporting key project management processes, including change management, risk management, and issue tracking.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in configuring time logs, including detailed reporting capabilities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and iterate on Jira process enhancements and best practices.
- Deliver effective training and support to project teams and stakeholders, maximizing their competency in utilizing Jira.
- Assess and integrate Jira add-ons and plugins to augment project management functionalities.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any Jira-related issues and bugs.
- Create and upkeep documentation detailing Jira processes, protocols, and guidelines.
- Utilize Jira for advanced project forecasting and resource management.
- Configure and optimize WBS Gantt charts within Jira.
- Tailor Confluence settings to meet organizational needs and enhance project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience specializing in Jira administration, configuration, and deployment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with multiple partner teams, prioritizing tasks, and managing several projects or priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of reporting and presenting to a C-suite audience.
- Experience in fostering collaboration among development teams, particularly in a remote setting.
- Adept at identifying process inefficiencies and proposing actionable, effective solutions.
- History of managing diverse projects/priorities under stringent timelines and high-pressure conditions.
- Capability to make swift and effective decisions based on client objectives and deadlines.
- A strong motivator with the ability to inspire teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Experienced with dictation/voice translation software.
- Must be Fluent in English
