**Responsibilities**:.The Role We are looking for a Head of Human Resources for our business. You will lead the whole Regional HR function. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full-cycle HR support. You will report to the CEO and be part of an exciting global team. You will: Be the Regional HR Lead for the business, establishing yourself as the trusted advisor and partner for leaders on HR and Employment-related matters Support the creation and drive the implementation of people programs, including performance development, engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion commitments, strengthening employee engagement and culture. Be an advocate of local needs and market trends, and build and deliver localized HR solutions that drive business objectives, in partnership with the team. Collaborate with functional leaders and key partners successfully design, strengthen, and implement effective and efficient solutions to attract and retain employees. Ensure that policies and practices are compliant, competitive, and aligned with our philosophy, and within the regional markets and practices, as well as consistently communicated and enforced throughout the company. Provide consultative advice and support leaders address People and Employment issues, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in full compliance and the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and employees. Ensure that the company experience across the entire lifecycle meets the evolving needs of our employees in an innovative way; seek out and implement process improvements

**Our client**: The Company is a digital multi-purpose cross-border payment platform. Its cutting-edge technology helps millions of Latin Americans, most of them unbanked, send money to be collected in cash or in a bank account within minutes, as well as perform direct instant payments of different services such as utility bills, prepaid mobile phones, or branded gift cards. The company's proprietary API-interconnected instant processing payments infrastructure is being used by money transfer companies, e-wallets, banks, and neobanks through a plug & play solution. This B2B2C service expands the transformation and impact of the company on the money remittance industry. The company is present in Argentina, Chile, and incorporated in Spain and in the US launch operations in the coming months. Its cross-border paying infrastructure interconnects 42 countries, mainly focused on LatAm. The company was incubated by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), where the founders completed their MBA, and received pre-seed funds from the MIT Sandbox Innovation Funds Program.
