A world-renowned Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical company, with a top-tier portfolio of Cosmetic and OTC brands, is looking for an experienced Sustainability Project Manager.
Focusing on our world-renowned Cosmetic and OTC consumer brands, the Sustainability Project Manager will be involved in various high-profile sustainability projects - locally, nationally, and internationally.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring plans and deliverables are compliant with appropriate design control procedures
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to develop project plans and project risk analysis for all projects
- Define key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks
- Lead contact for all internal stakeholders regarding project activities
- Create and approve project budget (if appropriate)
- Liaise with group manager or stakeholder managers to ensure project goals are achieved
- Work with project team to identify and address critical path or roadblock issues
**Requirements**
- Experience in effective collaboration, integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resourcing, and communication
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to independently manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Sustainability experience preferred
- PMP certification a plus
