Automotive Service Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customers inquiries promptly and accurately
- Write repair orders, ensuring all paperwork is legibly and accurately completed, with all customer requests or points of concern documented.
- Assist in scheduling customer vehicles for service work by allowing adequate time for repairs/maintenance and securing additional time as required.
- Monitor work-in-progress to ensure that repairs are being performed properly and time schedule is being met as promised. Notify customers if delays are expected or additional work is needed.
- Use service files to suggest additional repairs or services if required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Desired Skills & Experiences**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years working experience with English speaking North American customers / clients.
- Working knowledge of automotive repairs.
- Knowledge of techniques of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports. (MS Word, MS Excel, PPT etc.)
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information.
- Ability to operate assigned software and electronic equipment.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
- Should have a high sense of responsibility, and be communicative, self-organized and open minded.
**Work Environment Requirements**:
- A PC/Laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, a mid-end processor, and an OS of your choice.
- An internet connectivity with minimum of 50 MBPS, and with uninterrupted power supply
- A quiet and uninterrupted working environment with a dedicated desk.

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
