We are looking for someone responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's overall social media strategy. This role aims to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's digital platforms, and engage with the target audience effectively across various social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes defining target audiences, content themes, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is relevant, informative, and consistent with the brand's tone and voice.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and engage with the audience on social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or inquiries effectively.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Social Media Advertising**: Utilize paid advertising options on social media platforms to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives. Develop and manage advertising budgets, create ad creatives, and monitor ad performance to maximize ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions. Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make informed decisions to optimize future strategies.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Continuously research and explore new opportunities to enhance the organization's social media presence and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple social media accounts across different platforms.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
