**Job Description**:
We are in search of a B2B Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to engage our target audience in Spanish-speaking markets. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Create engaging and informative social media content in Spanish that resonates with our target audience. Content types include posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.

Platform Management: Manage and curate content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

Audience Engagement: Build and nurture our social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.

Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns in Spanish to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content strategies. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to propose innovative social media approaches.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B social media management, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets.

Proficiency in creating engaging content in Spanish.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Experience with paid social media advertising.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
