**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
This role is an integral part of the Change Management CoE. This role will be instrumental in identifying key stakeholder groups, defining the various change impacts associated with transformation projects, drive training strategy and support communications activities. Work closely with the Change Management leader for the Americas in creating plans to lead the organization through changes without incurring service or business disruption. Although this position is focused in Change Management, Organizational Development skills/ experience will be also appreciated.

**Accountabilities & Related Activities**:

- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and define mitigating actions
- Work with CoE Lead to develop change management strategies and plan
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and define mitigating actions
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Develop Champions strategy
- Ensure alignment and validate Communications Plan
- Support communication efforts
- Facilitate review and provide feedback on Communication deliverables
- Provide resources and guidance to Change analyst / intern
- Define, create and execute training strategy and plan
- Manage successful HR, vendor and other stakeholder relationships
- Raise awareness of risks and issues when necessary
- Consult and coach project team

- University degree in HR/Business

- English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.

**Work Experience**
- 7 to 10 years overall experience within change management environment
- 3 to 5 years experience in transformational projects
- Organizational Development skills is a plus
- Experience in large-scale projects involving multiple functions and organizational levels is a plus
