**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a **Senior FP&A analyst** join to join our growing team for Latam.
This role will be assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. Besides, will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Review and analyze P&L’s and general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP.
- Coordinate and perform annual, quarterly and monthly Cash Flow and Balance Sheet budgets/forecasts, including analysis to prior budget/forecast and preparation of cause of change explanations.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Prepare presentations, perform ad hoc financial analyses for senior management, and participate in various corporate wide special projects and initiatives.
- Developing financial projections and building financial models.
- Performing research and analysis as required.
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Actively participate in the improvement of processes, reports and optimization of resources.
**Is this role for you?**
**Requirements**:
- Professional graduated from the Public Accountant or Business Administration career.
- Minimum experience of 5 years developed in a similar position in multinational companies.
- Big Four work experience (preferred).
- Intermediate / Advanced English.
- Analytical capacity, Orientation to results, Autonomy, Tolerance to pressure, Flexibility and adaptability, Interpersonal relations, Negotiation, Teamwork, Planning capacity, customer orientation (internal/external).
- Experience in management and reporting systems, Netsuite or any other ERP.
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools to generate dashboards (preferred).
