**JOB ROLE SUMMARY**:
Support Analytics user base by ensuring reliability and sustainment of analytics data models (SAP/HANA above foundation data models)- Execution of certain analytics platform activities in support of business process analytics and transactional/operational data analytics- Ensures that data contained in SAP/HANA is available, accurate, and accessible to user groups.-
- Provides user support on data integrity and system functionality

**JOB ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
SAP/HANA above foundation data models:
- Data Load: Monitor and review the data file upload load status report; continuous analysis and optimization of data loads to optimize user work processes; maintenance of source flat files used in data modeling- Incident escalation: Coordinate and lead the remedy ticket status/prioritization with IT- Testing: Facilitate and document user-testing on break/fix resolution, enhancements and service projects- Data Integrity & Health checks:
- Validates data extracted from semantic layer (using reconciliation workbooks/queries) to ensure data models reconcile with source- Coordinates investigations of data discrepancy/resolution between source and HANA/data-models- Communication: Promptly communicate all SAP/HANA related issues/scheduled maintenance/upgrades etc to the appropriate user groups- Advice: on data model access processes and entitlements- User Support: guidance on front-end data extraction and delivery

**EXPECTED LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY**:
Basic knowledge of SAP R3; Good working knowledge SAP/HANA reporting environment including data modeling and extraction, query and workbook development- Intermediate SQL skills (Joins, Aggregation, Window functions) or other front-end data extraction tools; Knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage (Power BI, Power Query, Tableau); Desired knowledge with Python programming, Machine Learning, Snowflake, Statistics analysis, is also an advantage.- Good business judgment, strong communications skills and root cause analysis skills.- Ability to work virtually; flexibility in work schedule- Strong initiative, change management and multi-tasking skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work remotely in a “virtual team”; work independently with mínimal day-to-day instruction
