The Tech Lead of Data & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the delivery of analytics & AI solutions using Reporting, Data Science, AI and Data Services.

The role involves working with a multi-disciplinary team of analytics geeks, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to implement data analytics solutions that support business decision-making, improve customer insight and business performance.

He/she collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions, develop and maintain various levels of analytical solutions, and manage a team of data and analytics consultants, and AI experts. This role stays current with advancements in technology and methods to bring innovation and disruption to clients.

He/she possesses strong technical skills in the delivery of analytics, AI and data services, excellent communication skills, and a track record of leading successful data-driven projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to interact with Client stakeholders, Data & Analytics Practice Lead and Data & Analytics COI Leaders to understand project objectives and serve as an on-hands Project Tech Lead, lead daily design and delivery activities, identify and mitigate delivery issues or roadblocks, and manage project team members
- Ability to create original concepts, be process oriented with experience in establishing standards, processes and methodologies for the delivery of Data & Analytics solutions under a nearshore/offshore model
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making operational decisions, monitoring progress, and reporting results in a fast-paced growth environment
- Excellent presentations skills with the ability to communicate and persuade onsite team leaders and project owners as needed
- Ability to create goals and conduct project performance evaluations for the team
- Additional duties as assigned by the Analytics & AI COI Lead

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in the delivery of data analytics solutions with a proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects
- 3+ years as Solutions or Technical Lead in the delivery of Azure based data & analytics projects
- Sound knowledge of Databricks a plus
- Strong technical skills in data services, conceptual architecture, data governance, analytics & AI
- Understanding of how AI and ML is applied in data analytics solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's/ or a Master’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
