In this role you will prepare, distribute and store accurate and timely customer, ABB documents and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures and ensuring effective version control & status tracking. Maintain a high level of data quality according to the ABB Master Data requirements for document control and support engineers & project managers with accurate on demand status & milestone reporting.

**This position reports to**:
Project Management Office Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensures that the document handling of all relevant Client, ABB and Sub-supplier documents are handled as per local procedures guidelines and project specific requirements.
- Supports project manager, project engineering team and logistic as document management responsible within project.
- Ensures compliance with relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Supports project management with delivery of final documentation to customer and with long term storage and archival of all relevant project documentation according to local unit instructions.
- Plans the document as per project timeline.

**Your background**:

- Mid School completed or University Student.
- 2 years of experience in documentary assistance, calendar follow-ups, etc.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate English level.
