Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist in HR and administrative communication, coordination, and execution between the Chinese management team and the SAL Argentina team.

2.Manage the daily HR and administrative affairs of local employees, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations and handling business receptions.

3.Ensure the effective implementation of company policies within the SAL Argentine team.

4.Assist in managing labor relations changes and managing employment risks among employees.

5.Participate in formulating development plans for the local team to promote cooperation and growth.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Linguistics or related fields.

2.At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

3.Familiarity with Argentine labor laws and HR management practices.

4.Proficient in both English and Spanish for work communication, including written and verbal correspondence.

5.Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.

6.Ability to solve problems and adapt to various work challenges flexibly.

Pay: $1,500,000.00 - $2,000,000.00 per month
