**Operational Buyer - Indirect Materials and Services, your future role?**
- You will be part of Givaudan’s Global Business Services (GBS), which provides support to our businesses in the Americas regions. You’ll manage the Requisition & Fulfilment (R&F) process, managing indirect materials and services (IM&S) availability to ensure security of supply to our daily operations. You will also provide support to our vendors and participate in continuous improvement projects. You will report into R&F-IM&S Team Lead.
- You will work under a hybrid working model, 4 days from home and 1 day a week at our GBS offices located in Martinez, Buenos Aires Province.
- Your main responsibilities will be:
**Purchase order management**
- Release Purchase Orders (PO) to third party suppliers according to sourcing and fulfilment instructions defined by global Category Managers and within quality and time constraints.
- Track and follow up PO deliveries to ensure security of supply to our users.

**Issue resolution**
- Provide support to internal partners and vendors regarding IM&S PO’s.
- Coordinate delivery and quality non-conformities.
- Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice discrepancies.
- Support the follow-up on planning, quality and account payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations within the supply base.

**Supplier Management**
- Resolve vendor disputes and non-conformities.
- Manage all incoming Procurement-to-Pay-related employee and vendor queries.
- Analyze queries and aim for end-to-end query resolution following service levels and Customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to employees for all systems (SAP, SRM, Service Management Tool).

**You?**
- Your professional profile includes:

- University degree or advanced studies in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in Purchasing areas at international companies.
- Experience in SAP or other procurement systems.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Advanced level of English, both oral and written.
