Operations Specialist

Right now, we are looking for an **Operations Specialist** to join our team at Globant The Operations Specialist provides accurate, consistent and timely information that is crucial for the decision making process at strategic levels (account leadership and Drive pod) and takes care of proper follow up of “hard” aspects of the delivery. The Operations Specialist’s ultimate goal is to seek efficiency within the assigned account/portfolio/region and identify and propose process improvements.

- Request and follow up of trips, visas and relocations.
- Administrate clients and projects’ rates management on Globant tools.
- Keep track of contracts status, Facilities & IST issues, additional payments, Procurement, non billed cost and other important KPIs.
