We are looking for a **Business Analyst **tojoin our team The project is within the **Financial **industry and is based in **New York. **It provides support from industry experts and thought leaders, helping its subsidiaries empower with a next generation set of tools, services and capabilities that support their growth and enable them to prosper in a digitally connected and constantly evolving financial environment.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Hands on style with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a Business Analyst role or demonstrated advanced use of Excel, SQL or other data manipulation software.
- Experience working under Scrum Methodology, be able to perform as Scrum Master.
- Be able to manage the business requirements in an agile way, with a focus on the dynamic process to improve its evolution as needs arise.
- Ability to test software products manually.
**Nice to have**
- Have an adaptive and flexible profile to be able to perform in the best way in the company's processes.
- Would be ideal to have experience in different types of industries to be able to cover the greatest number of needs satisfactorily.
