About The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced **Business Analyst **to join our CIS team in **Buenos Aires, AR. **Take a key role in driving success as liaise and interact with Hansen clients to provide high-quality business design associated with Hansen Billing products. They interact with clients to gather their requirements and then impart business knowledge to the technical designers and test analysts. Overall, the Business Analyst must ensure that the technical team delivers the requirements of the customer in a useful and useable way.

About You

You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with **technology teams coordinating and managing business analyst
- related work products throughout the system implementations lifecycle (training, design, configurations, testing, implementation, and production**
- You have previous experience in Jira / Agile
- You possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively facilitate functional workshops.
- You possess a 4-year college degree in IT / Computer Science or a related and equivalent QA Testing experience in a proven Software Development environment required
- You are an inquisitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for technical advancement.
- You may have Utility Billing Principles experience, not required
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead business requirement sessions to evaluate the customer’s business objectives and goals.
- Draft customer requirement documents to identify the customer’s business needs and how our system can meet those business needs and advise customers on system software configuration changes needed to meet the customer’s business objectives.
- Liaise with developers to ensure that the best possible solutions are presented to the customer for their consideration including QA Testers to ensure accuracy and completeness of all test results.
- Prepare workflow charts and diagrams to modify system software and utilize project tracking tools to maintain and update project information (e.g. Jira)
- Conduct training sessions for the customer’s project team on all relevant system functions and evaluate the effectiveness of the system version to be implemented.
- Peer review and provide feedback for work products created by other Business Analysts.
- Design functional and integration test plans/scripts and perform testing activities and ability to make presentations to all levels of project participants, executives, and external audiences.
