Position Summary

Responsible for generalist HR processes in Argentina, responsible for union relations, to conduct admission, integration and termination of employees, administration of compensation and benefits. Ensuring talent acquisition and recruitment and the training, development and engagement plan for a high performing team to meet all current and future challenges for Buckman in accordance with the law and global strategy.

Key Position Outcomes Include:

- Organization of the integration of new members.
- Managing the entire R&S and Hiring process.
- Support the entire termination and retirement process.
- Ensure the payroll, benefits and vacation process for all associates.
- Promote quality of life actions.
- Support external and internal HR payroll audits.
- Provide information to associates required by customers.
- Support employees in all HR processes.
- Promote training, engagement and development
- Have a strong union relationship
- Desirable Knowledge in SAP

Minimum requirement to apply
- Education: Business Administration, Human Resources or related.
- Languages**:Advance or Fluent level** English** and Intermediary Spanish
- Office Package: Advanced, digital ability.
- Concentrated attention (focus on details), good communication, teamwork, good analytical skills, resilience, sense of urgency and focused on continuous improvement.
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
