**Main responsibilities**

Prepare, review and make available technical documentation (standardized work) for manufacturing areas;
Support areas in the development of procedures, work instructions, tables and all quality documentation, ensuring that it is available and updated in its latest version;
Elaborate, review and distribute to the areas and/or make available in the system the internal quality documentation, aiming to standardize procedures and ensure the effectiveness of the processes;
Support the areas in the preparation and during the performance of internal and external audits. Ensure that all quality management system documentation relevant to processes is available and updated to the latest version;
Supervise internal system audits, verifying the implementation of standards, as well as process and product audits;
Accompany external audits of customers and Certification Bodies, providing information required in relation to compliance with standards and/or process and product.

**Position Required Subjects**
- Completed Higher Education: Administration, Engineering or related areas.
- Required Experience: Automotive industry.

**Objetivo**

Elaborar y revisar la documentación técnica y ponerla a disposición de las áreas. Apoyar a las áreas en la elaboración de procedimientos, instructivos de trabajo, tablas y toda la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad. Apoyar a las áreas en la preparación y durante la realización de auditorías internas y externas.

**Principales responsabilidades**

Preparar, revisar y poner a disposición la documentación técnica (trabajo estandarizado) para las áreas de fabricación;
Apoyar a las áreas en la elaboración de procedimientos, instructivos de trabajo, tablas y toda la documentación de calidad, asegurando que esté disponible y actualizada en su última versión;
Elaborar, revisar y distribuir a las áreas y/o poner a disposición en el sistema la documentación interna de calidad, visando estandarizar los procedimientos y asegurar la efectividad de los procesos;
Apoyar a las áreas en la preparación y durante la realización de auditorías internas y externas. Garantizar que toda la documentación del sistema de gestión de calidad relevante para los procesos esté disponible y actualizada en su última versión;
Supervisar las auditorías de sistemas internos, verificando la implementación de estándares, así como las auditorías de procesos y productos;
Acompañar auditorías externas de clientes y Organismos de Certificación, brindando información requerida en relación al cumplimiento de normas y/o proceso y producto.
