- **Partner with leadership & hiring managers** - drive hiring strategies with senior stakeholders across multiple cutting-edge domains.
- **Innovate & challenge the status quo** - traditional recruiting won't cut it in Web3 and AI.
- **Be the bridge between talent & opportunity** - identifying, engaging, and securing the best in the industry.
- **Operate at a global scale** - we hire from all over the world.

**What You'll Need**
- **Multiple years in technical recruitment**, preferably in Web3, AI/ML, or high-growth tech startups.
- **Deep understanding** of the blockchain and/or AI ecosystems - or the drive to get there quickly.
- **Fluency in hiring senior technical roles** - engineers, cryptographers, AI specialists, security experts.
- **An independent, proactive mindset** - we move fast, and so should you.
