Position: Delivery Integration Consultant
Location: Buenos Aires, ARG

Job Description Summary
- Drives effectiveness of overall development and testing strategy ensuring adoption of industry best practices within his/her team
- Oversees definition of requirements to ensure code is validated according to them
- Designing and developing microservices for EFT solutions
- Seeks input from customers and/or product management to ensure products add value & meet customer needs
- Gathers feedback on product performance
- Lead team ownership & responsibility for solving problems, working to drive process improvement in team’s work
- Identifies and highlights gaps in team expertise
- Monitors that code is reviewed to address issues, using root cause analyses to eliminate them in future
- Owns the development and execution of best practices in the team, a small product or sub-system
- Ensures that the team is receiving effective business requirements and decomposing into good user stories
