Sobre el desafío Como Delivery Consultant , vas a tener la oportunidad de c onstruir las bases operativas de los procesos del equipo de Implementation Consulting en Deliverypara ordenar y agilizar las implementaciones a clientes. Tu misión será contribuir directamente a la eficiencia del área y al servicio de implementación e integraciones de productos tecnológicos de primera línea. Liderar la planificación, ejecución y control de implementaciones SaaS para clientes en múltiples países. Asegurar la entrega en tiempo, forma y calidad, alineando las expectativas entre clientes, tech y operaciones. Participar en preventa junto al equipo comercial: definir alcance, estimar tiempos y diseñar propuestas técnicas. Gestionar el pipeline de proyectos y la capacidad del equipo, priorizando recursos estratégicamente. Crear documentación, tableros y reportes que reflejen avances, riesgos y performance del área de Delivery. Promover la mejora continua del área, acompañando a los Implementation Engineers optimizando procesos, herramientas y prácticas de gestión. Experiencia comprobada (3–5 años) en gestión de proyectos SaaS o de implementación técnica. Background en tech consulting, software delivery o integración de plataformas (idealmente Intercom, Monday u otras SaaS). Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de desarrollo (SDLC) y metodologías ágiles. Experiencia con herramientas de project management (Monday es un plus). Capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos, stakeholders y equipos remotos con claridad y foco. Actitud de ownership, empatía con clientes y enfoque obsesivo en la excelencia en la entrega. Mentalidad de startup: ownership, ambición, velocidad y colaboración. Capacidad para aprender herramientas y adaptarse rápido. Pago 100% en USD netos , directo y sin intermediarios locales.
