Teem is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and product teams in this role to provide exceptional customer service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handled orders for lenses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Actively track and respond to referrals, ensuring smooth communication.
- Address incoming calls promptly, providing information or redirecting as necessary.
- Follow up on insurance claims to ensure they are processed.
- Verify patient insurance details to ensure accurate billing and record keeping.
- Address faxes related to prescriptions, ensuring all are promptly responded to and questions are clarified.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (Spanish and English) capabilities are highly desirable, as they will assist in communicating with a broader range of patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team

**Working Hours**:

- Timezone: CST
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: 9 am. - 6 pm.
- Tuesday: 9 am. - 11 am. & 3 pm. - 7 pm.
- Wednesday: 12 pm. - 5:30 pm.
- Saturday: 8:45 am. - 12 pm.
