**Responsabilidades**:

- **Gestión de Proyectos**: Liderar la ejecución de proyectos técnicos, desde la planificación hasta la implementación y entrega final.
- **Coordinación de Equipos**: Dirigir y coordinar equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios para garantizar la entrega oportuna y de calidad.
- **Relaciones con Clientes**: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, siendo el punto de contacto principal para resolver problemas y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- **Gestión de Recursos**: Administrar eficientemente los recursos técnicos, incluyendo personal, tiempo y herramientas, para optimizar la entrega de servicios.
- **Gestión de Incidentes**: Supervisar la resolución de incidentes técnicos, asegurando una respuesta rápida y efectiva para minimizar el impacto en los clientes.
- **Mejora Continua**: Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de entrega de servicios y colaborar en la implementación de soluciones y mejores prácticas.
- **Informe y Seguimiento**: Preparar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento del servicio y realizar un seguimiento de los KPIs clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa como Technical Service Delivery Manager o en roles similares en entornos SaaS.
- Conocimiento técnico sólido en plataformas SaaS, incluyendo arquitectura, integraciones, y mantenimiento.
- Habilidad para liderar y motivar equipos técnicos, fomentando un ambiente de colaboración y excelencia.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar efectivamente con clientes y equipos internos.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y priorizar tareas de manera eficiente.
- Orientación a resultados, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva.
- Certificaciones o capacitación en gestión de proyectos y servicios técnicos son un plus.
