**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Business description

The JPM Corporate Investment Bank line of business is seeking for a new member to join the Argentina Client Charging NA - Markets Operations team, based in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Client Charging NA team handle queries related to commissions and fees breaks for futures & options trades on T+1, which could be requested by stakeholders and post adjustments if required. Perform root cause analysis in order to fix and prevent further breaks.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform reconciliations based on our records.
- Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from commissions & fees breakdowns and/or adjustments.
- Work independently and in a team environment to maximize productivity in a most efficient manner.
- Exhibit a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with inquisitive curiosity.

Qualifications include:

- Studies in: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related area
- Fluent in English: Yes
- Knowledge of MS Office package: Yes - Strong Excel skills
- General knowledge in at least one of the following: Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL
- Other specifics: Logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
- Seniority: 3+ years of experience in similar roles
