The HR Team is looking for a **Soft** HR **Analyst**, **focused** **on** IT **selection** to join us. We are oriented towards people with ability to plan and set priorities, internal customer orientation, ability to work both autonomously and independently as well as being part of a team with developed empathy, proactivity and flexibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out the complete process of search and selection of IT and generalist profiles (headhunting, sourcing, contact with consultants, individual and group interviews, record and follow-up of the process, and quarterly metrics, manage and update Job Descriptions).
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and design recruitment plans according to each team needs.
- Organize the Onboarding Process (Ensure the organization's onboarding process and accompany the areas so that the incorporation process to their teams is effective).
- Carry out follow-up interviews with the people who join the organization. Analyze results. Present analysis based on what has been collected.
- Participate in different area projects (Buddy Program, benefits, internal events organization).

Required skills:

- Be a student or graduated of careers such as a Bachelor of Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
- Office package domain.
- Have ability to handle processes simultaneously and prioritize daily work.
- Demonstrate creative thinking and proactive problem-solving.
- Have good communication skills.
- At least, Upper Intermediate English level.

Required experience:

- Have at least 2 years of experience, ideally selecting IT profiles.
