**Misión del puesto**: Ser referente técnico del equipo. Administrar la arquitectura general de las aplicaciones. Diagnosticar problemas con un enfoque data-driven (decidir en base a logs, métricas, etc). Participar en la construcción de soluciones para los problemas encontrados. Colaborar con otros desarrolladores para ofrecer soluciones y nuevas funcionalidades. Compartir con el equipo su conocimiento en principios de desarrollo buenas prácticas, y fomentar el aprendizaje continuo. Asumir el liderazgo de algunos temas de gestión diaria con capacidad de decisión y asignación de tareas. Construir o adaptar clases, módulos u otras piezas de software. Reutilizar componentes existentes integrándolos con código propio. Verificar código producido probándolos en forma unitaria. Revisar el código para resolver defectos o mejorarlo. Documentar de acuerdo a estándares. Configurar/Mantener servidores tanto de la aplicación (containers de docker, app servers python) e internos (jenkins, etc) y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento.

**Lugar de trabajo**: 100% remoto (desde Argentina únicamente)
**Modalidad**: Full-time (9 - 18hs)

**Requisitos**:
+5 años de exp. en desarrollo de aplicaciones y APIs REST Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django o similar)
+1 año de exp coordinando/ liderando proyectos/equipos.
Exp. en desarrollo de APIs / Microservicios utilizando containers (Docker o Kubernetes).
Exp. en BD relacional (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y utilización de ORM SQLAlchemy o similar
Manejo fluido de terminal Linux para manejo de servidores en la nube (ej: accediendo por SSH)
Nociones adecuadas de Networking (conexiones TCP, sockets, protocolo HTTP, etc.)
Conoc. de HTML, CSS, JS, Jquery, Bootstrap o similar.
Uso de Git.
Uso de Herramientas de CI/CD (Jenkins, Circle, Argo, etc.)

**Deseable**:
Estudiante/graduado de Analista de Sistemas o similares.
Conocimientos de AWS
Conoc. de Jira. Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
Conoc. NodeJS, React.
