For this, we seek to integrate a Senior Tech Lead (Python/Java/AWS) into our team. Responsibilities Leadership and Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the team's professional growth. Project ManagementOversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Technical ExpertiseDemonstrate advanced proficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Provide hands‑on technical leadership and contribute to the development and maintenance of critical systems. Code actively in addition to leading the team. Security expertise valued over banking domain knowledge. Communication and CollaborationFoster effective communication within the team and with cross‑functional departments. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to drive successful project outcomes. Problem‑Solving and Decision‑MakingLead the team in addressing complex technical challenges and making informed decisions. Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure system stability. Continuous ImprovementDrive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend integration when beneficial. Qualifications EducationBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ExperienceMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in a software development or related role. Proven experience in a leadership or team lead position. Technical SkillsProficiency in Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Communication SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Problem‑Solving SkillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently. Team CollaborationProven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
