We are hiring immediately for an **Asset Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager**:

**What you’ll do**:
- **Oversee regional demands** across Latin America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- ** Asset Performance Management**: Utilize data analytics and maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and reliability.
- ** Failure Analysis**: Identify root causes of asset failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- ** Risk Management**: Assess risks related to asset performance and develop mitigation strategies.
- ** Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)**: Implement TPM strategies to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize downtime.
- ** Compliance and Standards**: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 9001.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Align asset management initiatives with organizational goals through collaboration with various departments.
- ** Budget and Performance Reporting**: Oversee asset management budgets and provide regular reports on asset performance and improvement initiatives.
**We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English for interaction with the global team and stakeholders.
- Spanish desirable (fluent Spanish or fluent Portuguese depending on country of residence - Brazil, Mexico or Argentina).
- Strong experience in asset performance management and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and TPM practices.
- Hybrid work schedule: Three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.
