Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tigre, Argentina for a Chief Executive Officer at Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. The CEO will oversee the company's strategic direction, financial performance, and operational effectiveness while aligning with the organization's long-term goals. Responsibilities include driving business growth, leading strategic planning initiatives, managing operations, optimizing financial performance, enhancing sales processes, and fostering innovations in property development and management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning, including budget management, financial analysis, and long-term planning.
• Extensive knowledge in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to execute business strategies and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, including fostering relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to lead diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with property development, real estate, or commercial property industries is highly desirable.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
