-Our Marketing Events team is dedicated to enhancing Avature’s global presence by managing all organizational aspects of our many conferences, seminars, and sponsored third-party events. They also collect information about how effective those events are and plan future ones to maximize impact. As a member of the team, you will be directly involved in all aspects of event-planning, from coordinating messaging, to logistics, and administrative tasks.
**Your challenges and objectives**:
- Gain a profound understanding of our company, software, and the industries we are in (HR and technology).
- Take events from concept to completion.
- Ensure the success of each event through collaboration with your team and others.
- Create memorable experiences and show our passion for people.
**Your day-to-day activities**:
- Be responsible for internal and external communication before, during, and after each event
- Work fluently with our design and content teams on branding and written/audiovisual content (e.g. stands, banners, websites, invites, mailing campaigns etc.)
- Provide support for administrative, logístical, and coordination tasks with suppliers
- Budget follow up and forecasting, negotiating contracts with providers.
- Analyze the impact of communication campaigns and Avature´s participation in events.
- Ensure continuous testing, measuring, scaling, and evolving event programs. Deliver post-mortem event retrospectives with data-driven analyses including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements (successes, opportunities, key learnings, ROI, attendee follow up, etc.)
