Job Requirements

Role Purpose
Chubb is looking for talented data analytics leader who will provide vision, strategy development and oversee delivery execution of data initiatives across the organization and with our partner to drive joint business outcomes.
This role will be responsible for evolving digital data platform and develop extended data capabilities including machine learning, applied AI, data science, data engineering, BI, and strategic analytics to drive continuous business growth. In addition, this role will support the enterprise’s governance standards in collaboration with stakeholders from across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the data team to deliver strategic data science approaches that help optimize insurance products, customer experience and guide ongoing product and business decisions to strengthen the company's competitive edge.
- Partner with business and key stakeholders to evaluate and implement the tools and processes necessary to aggressively drive data needs for both new and existing products and services and track business KPIs.
- Lead the buildup of customer 360 to develop a holistic view on customer interaction for better customer experience and product development.
- Establish consistent, streamlined processes supporting priority use case enablement, coordinating across stakeholder groups.
- Drive the development of machine learning models to drive traffic conversion, customer retention and customer LTV growth.
- Partner Regional and Global Data Analytics teams to establish a governance process for designing and monitoring performance of analytics models.

Work Experience

**Requirements**:

- Intellectually curious out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about brainstorming innovative ways to use data to solve business problems
- Strong analytics skills, good business sense to connect early-stage company data to decision making
- Advance user of MS Excel, SQL, Hive or other tools and statistical software (e.g., Python, SAS, R, Stata or related technology)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (writing and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.

Experience
- 15+ years of progressive experience in data management, product development, and/or data governance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent field. Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as statistics, operations research, economics, computer science preferred (graduate degree is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the full spectrum of internal stakeholders and customers.
- Experience in attracting, developing, and mentoring diverse talent.
