**Scope of Work**
- Leverage advanced InDesign knowledge to create, automate, and optimize templates and related processes for high-quality print projects.
- Develop the print production process from concept to final output, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency. Support complex print projects, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, and more.
- Oversee pre-press and press preparation processes, ensuring Design Pickle teams produced files are print-ready. Expertly manage ink and paper types, color calibration, proofing, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless print outputs.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Develop and implement cutting-edge best practices and standards for print production, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process. Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, are free of errors, and are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with the global design team and other CoE members to share knowledge and best practices. Provide thought leadership through detailed documentation, engaging presentations, and hands-on workshops.
- Mentor and train team members in advanced print production techniques and the effective use of InDesign and other relevant tools. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. Provide regular updates, progress reports, and address any concerns promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field.
- **Professional Expertise**: Proven track record of excellence in using Adobe InDesign and other print production tools for professional print projects.
- **Pre-Press Proficiency**: Extensive experience with pre-press and press preparation processes, including a deep understanding of ink types, paper stocks, color management, and proofing techniques.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced knowledge of additional print production tools and technologies. Ability to integrate these tools into workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex print production issues.
- **Communication Skills**:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships, resolve conflicts constructively, and foster collaboration and teamwork.
- **Adaptability**: Highly adaptable, able to quickly adjust to changes in project requirements, client feedback, and industry trends while maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
- **Remote Work Skills**:Proficiency in utilizing remote work tools and technologies, coordinating virtual teams, maintaining productivity, ensuring effective communication, and creating a cohesive and engaged remote work environment.
