**Security Engineer (2) - Senior/Especialista (Exchange/O365) (Ref 109795)**:
**Jornada**: Full-time - **L-V 9:00-18:00**
**Inglés**:Avanzado (C1)**
**Proyecto**: Servicios gestionados globales (Mensajería/Seguridad)

**Misión**:
Brindar **orientación técnica y de procesos** para tecnologías y capacidades vinculadas a **Exchange / Microsoft 365**, asegurando alineación con la **dirección estratégica** del servicio gestionado, **estabilidad operativa** y evolución de **nuevas capacidades** en **O365** y **Defender for Office 365**.

**Qué harás**:

- Actuar como referente técnico en **Exchange Online / Microsoft 365** para servicios gestionados globales.
- Colaborar con **product management**, **delivery center admins** y **engineering** para definir y priorizar iniciativas.
- Diseñar y documentar los **aspectos técnicos** de nuevas capacidades en **O365** (políticas, flujos, integraciones).
- Realizar **troubleshooting avanzado** de incidentes operativos (mensajería, conectividad, autenticación).
- **Probar parches/actualizaciones** y validar **estabilidad** del servicio de mensajería.
- Asegurar **buenas prácticas** de **seguridad**, **cumplimiento** y **observabilidad** (telemetría/alertas).
- Contribuir a la mejora continua del **runbook** y **procedimientos operativos**.

**Requisitos (imprescindibles)**:

- Conocimiento **avanzado** de **Microsoft 365** (administración y seguridad).
- Dominio de **Defender for Office 365** (políticas, anti-phishing, anti-spam, safe links/attachments).
- **Sólida experiência** con **SMTP** y **Exchange / Microsoft 365** (configuración, conectores, flujo, autenticación).
- Capacidad de **diagnóstico** y **resolución** de problemas complejos en entornos productivos.
- **Inglés C1** (comunicación con equipos globales).

**Deseables**:

- Experiência con **Proofpoint Enterprise Protection** (incl. **Targeted Attack Protection**).
- Automatización/Scripting (PowerShell) y documentación estructurada.
- Conocimiento de **identidad** (AAD/Entra), **DMARC/DKIM/SPF**, integración con SIEM/SOAR.

**Modalidad & condiciones**:

- **Híbrido**: trabajo remoto + presencia en **Parque Patricios** cuando sea requerido (AMBA).
- Se aceptan postulantes de **otras provincias** (disponibilidad para visitas puntuales a sede AMBA).
