**Customer Support Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)**:

You will provide vital help to ABB in Argentina to meet business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. In this role you will help engage internal customers and drive efficient services in a variety of administrative areas.

**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the delivery of services from external providers in line with service level agreements.
- Evaluating supplier performance and reporting areas for improvement.
- Helping to implement relevant policies and procedures and contributing to regular reviews.
- Helping your colleagues to determine the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Providing assistance and input in meetings, product presentations and negotiations.

**Your background**:

- Secondary school graduate with Accounting or Administrative orientation. Advanced student in Business Administration / Foreign Trade / Accounting. Graduates of Economic Sciences careers.
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Experience in purchase order management processes, customer orders and invoicing.
- Knowledge in local purchasing/procurement process and foreign trade for electronic/electrical equipment.
- A willingness to work as a results-oriented team player with a focus on operational efficiency is required.
- Intermediate-Advanced level of English.
