We are currently looking to build out our team with highly motivated individuals who are focused on quality and who excel in an Agile environment. The Software Developer reports to the Sr. Development Manager and is based out of our downtown Buenos Aires, Argentina office but this role has the flexibility to be primarily remote based. The Software Developer will have the opportunity to make an impact and showcase your skills and innovation in development, test execution, documentation, and support for components of the Hansen Provision and Device Provision platforms.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop Technical Specifications documents
- Design and programming of agreed developments/modifications to the system
- Assist other developers in the design of their components
- Collaborate with BAs to ensure understanding of client’s requirements
- Assist Business Analysts with defining customer requirements
- Unit testing of code and quality assurance of system
- Resolve issues relating to the integration of project deliverables
- System promotions to existing and new customers
- Ensure established standards and procedures are always followed

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and appropriate tertiary qualifications
- A passion for software development and working in a modern software development business which is customer centric
- Proven, hands-on experience with PL/SQL development, Java, scripting languages, XML, Web Service interface development, JSON, Object Oriented development, and design patterns.
- Experience in working with software solutions involving direct customer or Operations interaction
- Formal education in Software programming, Computer Science or Engineering, i.e. minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Willing/Experience working in an agile team
- Design, development, testing and deployment skills
- Strong communication skills with Intermediate oral and written English required

**Desired Experience**:

- Microsoft technology stack knowledge.
- Database development using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Developer.
- Experience with GIT (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of development methodologies and intimate knowledge of SDLC.
- Dedicated to meet initiative deadlines.
- Experience with MicroStrategy, Linux, PowerShell, Jenkins, Jira, Open Text Exstream, and Tivoli (desirable)
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Communications industry knowledge (desirable)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes a plus
