En Experis Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de** **Marketing Specialist & Data Analyst** para trabajar sumarse al equipo, para importante compañía del rubro telecomunicaciones.
**Contratación bajo relación de dependecia con Experis, por tiempo indeterminado.**
**Modalidad 100% presencial, en Microcentro, CABA.**

**Misión del puesto**:el rol se orienta a un especialista en Marketing que trabaje analizando datos y realizando métricas.
**Tareas**
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los gestores de proyectos para comprender y mantener la atención en sus necesidades analíticas, incluidas las métricas críticas y los KPI, y ofrecer información práctica a los responsables de la toma de decisiones pertinentes.
- Crear y mantener visualizaciones interactivas enriquecidas mediante la interpretación y el análisis de datos, con componentes de generación de informes a partir de múltiples fuentes de datos.
- Definir y aplicar la lógica de adquisición e integración de datos, seleccionando una combinación adecuada de métodos y herramientas dentro de la pila tecnológica definida para garantizar la escalabilidad y el rendimiento óptimos de la solución.
- Desarrollar y mantener bases de datos mediante la adquisición de datos de fuentes primarias y secundarias, y crear secuencias de comandos que harán que nuestro proceso de evaluación de datos sea más flexible o escalable a través de conjuntos de datos.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante o graduado de Licenciatura (o equivalente) en marketing, matemáticas, economía o estadística.
- 1-2 años de experiência en diseño gráfico profesional, preferiblemente en una agencia creativa o de marketing
- Conocimientos sólidos de SQL o Excel, con aptitud para aprender otras herramientas analíticas, PPT
- Experiência con bases de datos y diseño de modelos y técnicas de segmentación
- Experiência práctica en análisis estadístico mediante el uso de paquetes estadísticos, incluidos Excel, SPSS y SAS
- Éxito demostrado en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades analíticas demostradas, incluyendo minería, evaluación y visualización
- Experiência en redacción técnica en áreas relevantes, incluyendo consultas, informes y presentaciones.
- Nível de inglés avanzado
